Hi, I’m Emma, People and Programs Coordinator at Dogs with Wings. I started as a volunteer, which shaped my empathy-driven approach and deep appreciation for our community. I oversee recruitment, onboarding, and support for our 200+ volunteers, help match clients with their assistance dogs, and contribute to program development to meet our community’s needs. I’m passionate about building connections and supporting meaningful, inclusive programs that change lives.

Fun facts:

I have three cats and a dog, and I love rock climbing, kayaking, camping, and volunteering.
