Chihiro is honored to serve as the Director of Canine Operations at Dogs with Wings. A long-time member of the DWW community, and Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA CTP), she has extensive experience in Service Dog training and puppy development. She has had a passion for working with animals all her life and finds purpose in combining that passion with serving others, especially those in need within the community. She is dedicated not only to the dogs, but to the clients who rely on them and the volunteers who help make the journey possible.
