Thank you to all of our PTSD/Trauma Service Dog applicants. We are actively reviewing all submissions and will connect with applicants in the coming weeks to discuss individual status. The program is now closed to new inquires and applications but please continue to follow DWW for program updates.

For clients with an official diagnosis of PTSD/CPTSD/Trauma needing support to manage the severity of their symptoms in their day-to-day activities. This program requires a robust team of professionals to support the dog and client’s wellness and success.
  • Performs tasks to mitigate symptoms of the diagnosis
  • Safety analysis
  • Alerting to triggers
  • Provides comfort or distractions during moments of disassociation
